My favorite registrar used to be RegisterFly.com until they went kaput (ahh what a nightmare they caused for few months!). Now I am with godaddy and I enjoy their services more than RegisterFly. They've fine rates with top TLDs (.com, .net, .org) at $9.14.

Well! Asad i use and trust blindless to DomainSite.com it's the best i got registered over 14 domains there! Quality Service with Flexible Rates! Grab out the domain of any choice 7$ per year and some other additional discounts with special ones

I would vote for godaddy atleast there service is much better. But if you are interested in any paksitani company with servers abroad there is one by the name medialinkers. Check them out. I did some business with them and they are good if not the best.
